Online orders are placed on ChowNow’s website, where ChowNow’s own terms and privacy policy apply. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) also gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will confirm your identity before acting on it.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure.
